Frankey brings over a decade of experience producing deep, melodic electronic music as one half of the acclaimed duo Frankey & Sandrino. His mentorship centers on the craft of creating timeless, emotionally driven dance music: arrangement, melodic composition, sound design, and the patient process of refining a track until it feels right. Frankey is particularly well suited to mentees interested in melodic house and techno, building a body of work that holds up over time, and navigating the realities of running an independent label.

Frankey is a German producer and DJ based in Berlin, best known as one half of the duo Frankey & Sandrino, formed in 2009. Together they have released on some of the most respected labels in electronic music, including Innervisions, Mule Musiq, Kompakt, and Diynamic, and run their own imprint Sum Over Histories (founded 2016). Their 2015 release Acamar on Innervisions became one of the most defining tracks of the era and earned them the Track of the Season award at the Ibiza DJ Awards. They have toured extensively across Europe, the USA, and South America, playing iconic venues including Watergate (Berlin), fabric (London), Stereo (Montreal), and D-Edge (São Paulo).
